You’ll get a personal administrator who:

Financial Compensation
- 200.000 SEK – Financial loss as a result of unsuccessful disputes, reminder fees and debt collection costs.
- 50.000 SEK - Unauthorized debiting/withdrawal from bank account or card.
- 100.000 SEK - Reimbursing a customer who has been denied compensation because he/she was considered particularly blameworthy in a dispute against the bank/card issuer.
- Max. a combined compensation of 250.000 SEK/year

Cyberbullying Insurance
Cybersafy's insurance can help your child if he or she is the victim of a cyberbully.
It includes a personal contact person that handles the case, makes an initial assessment of the extent of the violations and what necessary steps need to be taken.
- Counseling*. Anonymous help from therapist, up to 10 sessions.
- Cleaning* The owners of the servers are contacted for the removal and restoration of hijacked accounts/profiles.
- Consulting and identification. In more difficult and complex cases, an external specialist will pick up the investigation to further ensure the extent of the violations and to collect evidence.
- Legal protection and legal advice. If necessary, lawyers will assist with legal assistance, advice and consultation. A legal protection of 1MSEK covers any legal costs and makes it possible to take the matter all the way to court.
